Using this site
These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries sent through it. By submitting the contact form you agree to them.
Who you contract with
Lunarix Audio is a studio brand of Echorbit Audio OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 16808253). Lunarix Audio is a trading name, not a separate company: every quote, contract and invoice is issued by Echorbit Audio OÜ.
Enquiries and quotes
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Descriptions of services are indicative, and no price is fixed until we have sent you a written quote and you have accepted it. A quote is valid for thirty days unless it says otherwise.
Project work
Deliverables, revision rounds, milestones, payment schedule, delivery formats and cancellation terms are set out in the written agreement for each project. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.
Rights in the work
Rights in commissioned music, sound design and implementation work transfer or are licensed to you exactly as the project agreement states, and normally on receipt of payment in full. Until then we retain all rights in the material delivered.
Content on this site
The Lunarix Audio name, logo, text, music and images on this site belong to Echorbit Audio OÜ or to the clients whose work is shown, and are used with permission. Trailers remain the property of the studios that produced them. You may not reuse any of it without written permission.
Text and data mining
We expressly reserve our rights under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. The content of this site, including audio, may not be used for text and data mining, or to develop, train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence or generative audio models.
Availability and liability
This site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update this page as the studio changes. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of the page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute not resolved directly falls under the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
