What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated 20 September 2026.
Lunarix Audio is a studio brand of Echorbit Audio OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 16808253). Echorbit Audio OÜ is the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what personal data this site collects, why, and the choices you have.
The contents of any enquiry you send through the contact form — your name, email address, the studio or project you name, what you are looking for, your timeline and your message. If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, recorded automatically by the server for security purposes.
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a scope and quote, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and on the basis of your consent given when you submit the form; technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Hosting is provided by Hostinger. Enquiry emails are delivered through our mail provider. Each processor receives only the data needed to perform its function. The trailers on this site are hosted on YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, and the music playlist on the portfolio page is hosted on SoundCloud. Neither player loads until you ask for it: nothing is requested from YouTube or SoundCloud until you press play or load the player, and only then may they set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU it is protected by safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The only cookies that may be set are the ones a YouTube trailer or the SoundCloud player creates after you choose to load it. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended, and within twelve months at the latest. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the related records are kept for seven years as Estonian accounting law requires.
Under GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@lunarixaudio.com. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to the authority in your own country.
